Global Underwater ExplorersDive Alaska is pleased to introduce a training option that exists uniquley from our dive shop. Scott Anderson is one of 20 GUE (Global Underwater Explorers) Instructors in the United States, and the only one in Alaska. As such, our students have access to one of the most comprehensive training curricula available in the SCUBA industry today. It is common for GUE Instructors to have to fly to their training destinations, thereby increasing the cost of training for their students. Since this is not the case for our instructor, you can enjoy top-quality instruction at affordable prices. For more information about GUE please visit their website. Recreational Diver I
Beginner class results in certification for dry suit, Nitrox, and certification to 70 feet

Fundamentals Primer
Intro to proper trim, buoyancy control, balance, and propulsion techniques

Doubles Primer
Introduces double tanks

Drysuit Primer
Instruction on proper dry suit use
